Known as the American Building (originally, the Conover Building), this structure in downtown Dayton experienced declining occupation through the later part of the 20th century, and was taken over by the Regional Transit Authority in the early 2000's, whereupon it was refurbished. My client designed the exterior lighting; my job was to capture the quality of the lighting at dusk, highlighting the jewel-like detailing across the entire facade.
