McCormick Building, Dayton, Ohio

Assignment: In 2004, this historic building became the new headquarters for Lorenz Williams.  The exterior was painstakingly restored to preserve the building's original character, while the interior was developed to blend original materials and character with contemporary aesthetics and functionality.  The photographic challenge here was to tell the story of how this complex three-dimensional space reveals itself and continually changes as one passes through it, and how form, texture, light and color work together in harmony to define the various types of work areas.

Assignment: A landmark in downtown Dayton, this building was transformed from a department store to a professional office building.

Center for Jewish Culture & Education, Dayton, Ohio

Assignment: Clearly visible from I-675, this multipurpose complex has become a prominent landmark in the area.

Assignment: Illustrate this building and express some of the "magic of flying." The first three images are "photographic illustrations," in which different skies have been added for dramatic effect (these are also my photographs).
