This image is a photo illustration. Move your mouse over and off of it to see a direct "before-and-after" comparison with the original photograph. This shows how I can compensate for less-than-ideal conditions at the time of a site visit, through the use of various digital techniques. In this instance, the lawn had not yet been established, the sky was uninteresting, and the parking lot pavement and other details needed tidying up. When I put different skies into my photos (from the collection of sky photos I have made over the years), I try to choose cloud patterns that complement the architecture and the composition of the photos.
