This hand-quilted "Dresden Plate" quilt was a very special gift from my mother. I found this quilt in the bottom of her hope chest, inside a pillowcase, upon her death in 2006. I don't think she ever used it, at least I don't remember ever having seen it before. Of special note is the embroidery she added, which can be seen in the bottom photo.
